    • Provide a knowledgeable and independent examination of terms and conditions to highlight any issues that either the agent or our client may not be aware or understand as an AEC professional.
    • Clarify terminologies or expressions used in agreements that may be different to the clients understanding or not that well explained.
    • Negotiate items of fit out or construction from the developer’s package and into the clients package so the client can provide better solutions and omit costs from the lease.

    The market moves fast and in the rush to finish a property deal before the space is lost to another offer, critical issues can be misunderstood or overlooked. But getting the lease terms right and lease space with regard to the effect it will have further along the project is fraught with risk.
