MMoser's stakeholder focused strategy planning and programming approach was adopted to develop the project brief. Together with the Bangalore team, the Strategic planning team worked closely with the real estate team and key stakeholders to define the critical project and business drivers and success factors. A leadership visioning workshop and end user focus groups gave leadership and staff the opportunity to contribute to development of their new office. This was supplemented by filing audits and photo observations of the existing office to understand work styles and opportunities to change.
Being one of the major players in the real estate sector of South India, particularly in Bangalore, the Bridge group needed a state of art office space which would reinforce the core values and philosophies they have been striving on so far. By designing a modern and efficient work space with a strong corporate identity that is complemented by an interesting play of spaces in the ‘hospitality -design oriented’ executive areas, this project has aesthetically and efficiently struck a balance between the two different kinds of corporate and hospitality sectors. The experience centre is envisaged as a whole new, high tech and interactive world of visuals and graphics opening up to the existing and new clients of the Brigade Group.
This is a consolidation exercise for BNP Paribas, bringing together multiple business verticals under one roof, at a significant business district in Mumbai. The project is an expression of BNP Paribas’ hospitality and ‘client first’ approach, which measures more than 110,000 sq ft of fine interior fit-out. This project is to set a benchmark in the business district with sophisticated interior treatment, space planning and finest material best supporting the formal business.
Creating a floor wise Red, Green, Blue colour palate which are colours from the brand balancing it with a lot of company graphics and brand merchandise. Successfully convincing the client to change their conventional seating arrangement to an open plan working environment with linear desking system giving them similar work space, yet maintaining the privacy required. Zoning and massing of floor plans done in a manner to create natural fire compartmentalization.
NSN’s ‘Modern Office’ design model was implemented with mobile working and shared workspaces whilst aligning the concept with local cultural values.
A strong branding message & sustainable design was also part of the brief. This was accomplished with little to no additional costs to the original budget.
The relationship with Discovery in India commenced with us helping them with strategic work, due - diligence and space planning of the existing office they were in. With our extensive due diligence study it was evaluated that the existing premises was not suitable for expansion/renovation due to many factors hence, the client went on to move to a new space in DLF Cyber City.
M Moser was appointed to provide its Integrated Project Delivery approach to deliver this project. M Moser had recently completed a project for Avnet in Beijing and the client wanted us to have a similar look and feel for this office. The design had to be simple yet appealing to its employees and customers by using their brand colors throughout the office. Our local team worked closely with our Beijing team during the initial stages of the project to develop 3Ds and provide reference points on the cost of various items since the client was working on a very strict budget.

Our involvement continued to development of a new office fit out, reinstatement work to exit the expiring lease and complete program, project design and construction management services.
